New Operating Theatres, Anaesthetic Rooms, Scrub Rooms & Preparation Room, Strand Road, Tralee, Co. Kerry

This project consisted of a full fit-out of an existing shell & core project completed previously. All rooms were fully furnished with all Medical Equipment, Mechanical & HVAC Services.

Mechanical Installation works for this project include the following:

• Installation of Water Services
• Installation of LPHW systems.
• Theatre UCV Canopies.
• CHW system for the Air Handling Units
• Air Handling Units
• Medical Gas Systems
• New BMS to interface with existing hospital.
• Ventilation systems including clean room environments
• Fire Smoke systems including new control panel
• Room Pressure stabilisers where required
• Supply & Installation of all Sanitary Ware
• Full suite of HTM compliant Testing, Commissioning, Reporting & Independent Validation
