Laboratory & Office Expansion, Raheens East, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork

The first phase of the project involved the expansion of the existing Laboratory & included water services, ventilation, fume cupboards,air conditioning and laboratory gasses.

Phase 2 consisted of the construction of a new administration office extension including water services, LPHW pipework, radiators and ventilation systems

Mechanical Installation works for this project include the following:

• Installation of Water Services
• Installation of LPHW systems.
• Laboratory Gasses installation & certification
• Ventilation systems
• Boiler installation
• Natural Gas installation
• Air Conditioning
• Installation of all Brassware
